Can collaborators @ a Wrike user when the task isn't shared with that user?

Hey guys, hope you don't mind me jumping in here! 

Actually, Collaborators can only @mention users who are already shared on a task, folder, or project. It's because they can't share in Wrike. Here's more info https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/articles/209603269--mentions#mentionrights
