Show Status change date

Hi,

I`m looking for a way to have a report which shows the duration (days) that a task sits under a status.

For example:

I have a workflow of 4 stages - (1.Design, 2. Build, 3. Implementation, 4.Completed)

A task was created straight to "Design" and across 30 Days moved through all statues to "complete".

I need a report showing:

Design - 10 Days

Build - 10 Days

Implementation - 9 Days

Complete - 1 Days

Any options to do this?

Hi Ben Levitan, welcome to the Community!

It's possible to see this information through a Workflow Report. This will provide you with the information you need!

You can enable Workflow Reports through our Labs feature. Be sure to check out some of the other features there 😊

Hi Huge,

Thanks for the feedback. I`ve tried using Workflow report, unfortunately, this does not meet my needs.

I`m looking for a report that can provide me this input on a task level, not as an average but rather on each every task.

I`m using Wrike in this case as a ticketing system. each task is a tickets which moves between statuses. looking to find a way to identify time spent in each status.

Hey Ben,

It is currently not possible to generate a report that provides the information that you are describing in your comment.

I'd recommend adding your upvote and comment to this post. Once that post reaches 60 upvotes, our Product team will be able to provide you with a status update letting you know about the possibility of this feature being added to Wrike!

Ben Levitan I wanted to do something similar too, but found it isn't possible. I was hopeful that with Automations that there would be some hack, but no luck. So, here's what I did: it's not automated, but does allow me to show the info I wanted to display on a dashboard. I just created a custom field that I titled 'Date Status Changed' and then make sure to update that when I change the project status. I display this custom field on the dashboard.  Hopefully they will add the functionality to Automations to insert a date into a custom field upon a status change.

Marcus Rosenthal
Just wondering if you have achieved your status change report via CF automations rolled out this year?

The below post has 87 likes related to an automation action enhancement that would solve our use case need for reporting on status durations so am hopeful it will be considered.
