    We set up a priority workflow and you can report on this as well then.ย  Go to worfklows and create a priority 1-8.ย  The manager can then choose the priority for each task and the designer / product manager then works on this as a priority list.

    Thanks for the feedback.
    Prioritizing tasks is important, but I can still work on 10 tasks "at the same time". But the goal should be to focus on work and the completion of tasks.
    The work in the system must be limited, so that the focus shifts from starting to finishing.

    The WIP-Limit is a methodology from the Kanban-Board.
    Work in progress (WIP) limits set the maximum amount of work that can exist in each status of a workflow. Limiting the amount of work in progress makes it easier to identify inefficiency in a team's workflow.
