[Status: Launched! ๐Ÿš€] Multiple Request Form Confirmation Emails

Hello,

Within my organization, there are multiple teams using the same Wrike account (Wrike for Marketers.) Each of these teams uses request forms, but there is a limitation in Wrike that only allows for one custom email response.

It would be awesome if each team could have its own automated email response tailored to their own workflow and request form.

Apologies if there is another post similar to this one. I searched first but didn't find anything.

Yes this needs to happen.ย  Most other form and survey based software allows to edit the confirmation page for the form.ย

While there are some enhancement requests which I might want more (for my particular use case), I can't think of any enhancement which is more of a "no-brainer"ย  Wrike has moved to a model supporting Spaces - separating custom fields, access, work processes, forms, etc. across the system, the request forms should also support this design concept with a unique response email per form.ย  It's a glaring weakness which goes against the overall direction of Wrike's design philosophy.

Hello - just echoing that this is really needed. Would be great to have more customized options for reqeust forms rather than only having one option for all.

Our enterprise account is in need of multiple customized email responses. The generic response is not meeting our customer service-oriented model nor is it meeting our team's needs. It's been since 2019 that this request was proposed.ย  Is there an update to this request?ย

Where are we at with allowing customized email repsonses to form by space?ย  We utilize Wrike across multiple teams, and need a customized email template based off of each forms request.ย

@..., if there isn't an option for multiple auto response emails (which we need at my organization), there should at least be the option to turn them off. We have multiple teams using the forms for internal and external use, which doesn't provide a good user experience with a single auto repsonse email.ย

By doing so, the users will only receive a copy of their replies. Could this option improve the users' experience?

Can you please revisit this?ย  It's been on the backburner since 2019 & it's become a problem for our clients when they have several people reviewing documents before we send it off for approval {where you can add multiple emails)...ย  It would have an area to add emails when you email the requester at least until you can put something more robust that allows for multiple emails on the order form that translates over.

The post here - to have a custom email response, has already been launched. I've updated the status to avoid any confusion. As for what you're looking forโ€”the ability to add more email recipients to "Email to requester"โ€”this is currently not possible due to security limitations.
