Allow us to add more email recipients on "Email to requester"

Hi team, 

Context: We are trying to streamline a processes in Wrike to collect external requests and love the fact that we can email back the requesters directly through Wrike. 

The only issue or setback that we are experiencing is that we cannot add other email recipients, either directly or in CC. This is causing folks to rely on Outlook to reach out to multiple people, which is unfortunate because these communications cannot be tracked in Wrike.

Suggestion: Allow us to include other email recipients in Wrike so that we can properly loop in folks who might need to be part of the conversation and so that we can truly and fully track all conversations in Wrike on the work item (task or project).

This would be a huge help for us as well.  There is always more than one person that needs to be in the conversation.  What would be even better is to have a form field that the request sender can add other email addresses to the conversation.

Thank you for your feedback. Currently, Wrike's email communication with external requesters does not allow adding additional recipients, CC, or BCC due to security limitations. Wrike can only send emails from a Wrike email address to those who have agreed to this, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions and maintaining data privacy and security. If there was a way to use a different email server, the security limitations could be bypassed.  Perhaps in the admin there was an option to input a mail server to use instead of the Wrike email server.  Just a thought for the future.

Russell has a good idea.  Have you shared that comment and what is the response?  We are desperate to have everything in Wrike instead of screen shots of the emails back & forth being put into Wrike.

Hi there! I second this request of adding more email addresses in external request forms. At our org,we’re trying to keep all our communication in Wrike to stay organized, but sometimes requests require confirmation to multiple people and input from multiple people. This feature would make our workflows smoother, improve transparency, and keep everyone on the same page without having to switch to other communication tools.
