Dashboard Widget - Tasks I follow that are not mine.

Is this possible?

I was wondering if there's a widget on the dashboard that shows all the tasks that I follow that are not mine? I'm keeping track of some of them because the dependencies aren't working for us.

Hi Aurora,

It is possible depending on how you have some things set up. If you could answer some questions I am sure we can get this figured out for you.

1.) Did you create the Projects.

2.) Are all your projects in one folder or multiple folders.

On a side note how are your dependencies set up that they are not working. That maybe interesting to figure out as well as I have never seen this happen. Do you create your projects from templates or from scratch every time?

It may be easier to fix your dependencies as opposed to creating Widgets within a Dashboard.

Look forward to your response.

Thanks for responding!

No

The projects are in multiple spaces.

Does that help?

Aurora A one thing you could do is crate a private folder or space that all of your projects then become a part of. This change should only be viewable by you and then you can make a widget for all active tasks within that catch all folder structure.

This is the only way I have found that it can be done.

Hope that helps.
