Hi Fabrice,
Welcome to Wrike, and the Wrike Community. You can set duration of tasks when you open the calendar part of the task to set the start and due dates. There is another section called duration where you can input minutes, hours, and days. So for your 4 hour training session you can put 4h in the duration, which then will allocate 4 hours of time for those that are assigned.
In my screen shot below I have 30 minutes for this particular task.
Unfortunately, I am not aware of any way to specify which hours in a day this task should be completed for, but you could put in the task details the start and end time of the task.
Hope this helps.

Many thanks Ryan 😊
@ryan Which kind of "task details" do you mean ? where ?
Hi Fabrice,
When you click on a task from your task list the task details should appear on the right.
Once you have the details opened up, you can then select 3. Due date. That will open up the calendar view from my answer above where you can enter the duration.
In 6. you can enter any information you would like about the task. For example you can put that the training goes from 2-6 pm.
Hope this helps.

PS. Sorry the pictures are small. Just so you have it here is the legend of the numbers.
1.) Status
2.) Assignee
3.) Due Date
4.) Subtasks
5.) Files
6.) Description.
Thanks Ryan
Have a nice day
