We also have this issue right now too and wonder if it's possible to delete those three sections. Not quite sure how it appeared because it wasn't part of our original workflow. Please let us know if there's a solution, thanks!

My team has the same issue. Does it really have to be individually fixed with a ticket? With more explanation, we could understand why it appears, what is its usage and to get rid off them, no?

Hi Nicholas,
These statuses appeared for your team because of the newly released feature, Custom Project Statuses. Due to the change of data model, the legacy default project statuses (Red, Yellow, and Green) were added to the default task workflow and are now visible in the Board view. I am sorry if this has caused any inconvenience to you.
The only way to remove this is through the Account Management tab if you have are an admin on a Business or Enterprise account. If you have one of these accounts, follow these steps;
1.Click your profile image in the upper right-hand corner of your Workspace.
2.Select “Account Management” from the dropdown.
3.Click the “Workflow” tab. You will see a list of all workflows in the account.
4.Click the title of a workflow you would like to edit (Default workflow).
5.Click on the Status you want to remove.
6.Select Delete status in the pop-up window.
7.After you've deleted all three statuses, please click Save to apply changes.
If you currently do not have a Business or Enterprise account, please reach out to our Support team and they'll help you remove these statuses.
