Until that time, I am thankful to a previous poster for the Lunar Reader extension.  It will be a sufficient stand-in until the functionality is native.

Hilariously, just like lighting a ciggie when waiting for the bus, I bought the Noir extension for Safari YESTERDAY! 🤣

It's so funny it's been a year since 2019, there are many subscribers that have paid and yet they don't even have the means to develop and code the dark mode in the Wrike app. This is a shame for the developers. Can you please change and replace all of those that can create the dark themes.

Thank you Lisa for staying positive and trying to juggle the balance of your company and wanting to bring the best experience to this community. It is hard to think that it will happen in 2023 since this tread was started in 2019. 

It seems simple but I am sure it is more complicated than many of us realize. However 3 years for a company of this size seems like it is plenty of time. Here is to hoping that the 4th year will be the one. 

wild that I'm here in 2022, days after Wrike "updated their look" and there's STILL NO DARK MODE. 
Why????

I'm not sure that Wrike understands how much missing overwhelmingly common features like dark mode undermines confidence in the whole system. Am I really building my business on a platform that, if it keeps its promise, will be 4 years from request to implementation of dark mode?

Everyone has the right to their own opinions, they all have merit, but I know many people (including myself) are more motivated to comment when incensed rather than content, so I wanted to add a counterbalance:

As a migraine sufferer, I, too, was appalled to see there's no dark mode for Wrike and that the feature has been requested for years.  That being said, I also work for a software company that has tens of thousands of feature requests in our backlog, many of which our customers would like prioritized over others.  Despite the bitter disappointment, and even usability compromises for a subset of our customers, my company has to make difficult prioritization decisions every year as we can't do everything.  What all of us don't see as customers is the context of those decisions which can be very frustrating as all we see is the lack of implementation of what is, to us, crucial functionality...but there ARE solid reasons for prioritizing features / bugs we may not even see over others.

What balances this for me with Wrike is their excellent customer service.  Even though the "we've passed along your feedback and will update you when we can" responses after four years is tiring, the fact they provide us this forum and engage regularly is more than I can say for other software vendors.  When I open a ticket, they respond and work to resolve the issue promptly.  The new features they have introduced has helped me design a fit-for-purpose solution that I am proud to share within my organization.  

In short, I could not run my business without Wrike and I truly believe it is the best on the market for what I need it for....so I'm willing to use the Luna Reader Chrome extension for now and look forward to the day when Dark Mode is finally here!

Hello - I just wanted to ask if this feature has had any updates or traction. 

Hi folks, the dark mode is planned for this year, but we don't have ETA yet. We'll let you know when we know more, please stay tuned.

That's great, I'd love to keep Wrike open on one of my monitors constantly, but it's too bright right now. Will be nice to have it up all the time once it dark mode comes online.

Hello, almost 4 long years has passed since this thread was open, will the Dark mode be released soon?

I'm blinded daily by Wrike. Knowing that dark mode has been available in beta for well over a year makes the blinding hurt even more.

Any update on Dark Mode?

I was hoping that it would come with Lightspeed, with a complete overhaul of the UI I would think it would have been rolled out. However, I just want to say thank you to Lisa for managing this tread. I know you're most likely aren't the one overseeing the development of dark mode. 

Excited for it to come in 2023. Crazy to think 2023 is in its last few months.
