Reviews: PowerPoint file formatting changed in review view

We've noticed that when reviewing PowerPoint files, where there are shapes with text in them the text exceeds the boundary of the shape, which it doesn't on the actual PowerPoint, just on the review view.

Wondering what might be causing it and if anyone else has had the same? It's like the font is larger than on the actual PowerPoint and too large for the shape.

Any ideas how we can avoid it, because people comment on the formatting not the content!

Hey Anne, the team will need to take a look at this in action so I've raised a ticket. If you could create some screenshots so they guys can see what's happening and test it and investigate?

Thanks for posting! 🙂

Thanks - here are a couple of screenshots. We have a custom font, so I'm assuming it's being substituted for another font?

How the box looks on the actual powerpoint:

How it looks in the review window:

Gotcha Anna and thank you for this!

Ok, so the team will be in touch, they'll have access to this post to see the screenshots and advise further. Feel free to pop back here with an update for anyone else in the Community who might face the same problem 🙌
