[Status: Coming Soon...๐] Collapsing space
It would be really useful to have an option to collapse all the space folders at once in the main view.
For now I can only see the option of collapsing them one by one, and, naturally, if is is a lot of spaces in extended view, that is not the most convenient solution.
I've also noticed that spaces are opened randomly and not because I opened them. For instance, I can see the space for another department, but I never work in that space. Sometimes that space is opened in the side panel even though I never opened it or any tasks in the space. In addition to having a close all, please fix it so spaces don't open randomly.
A hot key to collapse all folders would be really useful ๐
This is desperately needed - an expand all, collapse all would be SOOOOOOO useful. It would be brilliant to have to across everything - folders, spaces, tasks etc (I know you can do this in Gantt Chart for tasks)
Please Please Please - A Collapse All Option for Spaces!!! Love the functionality of the Spaces, as it helped organize many different previous folders, but since i have to collapse them all one by one to get to the one i need, seems to slow it all down. why not just go back to folders? (Just kidding on the folders part, but we really do need a Collapse All for Spaces.)

We urgently need more management optionsย for spaces. Both mass collapse and structuring navigation panel(folders for spaces).

Yes please to this!! I would LOVE to be able to collapse them all back down with a button/hotkey and by default, it's so annoying playing I Spy scrolling down and collapsing them all one by one.
I haven't experienced spaces ever opening randomly, but they do open when I search for something and it bugs me.ย Joshua Balentine
Could we get an update from Wrike Team? Six months seems like an adequate investigation period to know whether we can expect to see this get developed out sometime soon... ๐ค๐ค๐ค

Hi everyone, the team has been researching this and now they are looking at the best ways to implement this as a new feature. For that reason I'm changing the status of this thread to "Coming Soon". As soon as I hear any other updates about this I'll let you know!
