[New to Wrike] Wrike Proof Comment Export now in Wrike Labs ๐Ÿ“

Update: Wrike Proof Comment Export went public and is now out of Labs. Wrike Proof is available on Wrike for Marketers and Wrike for Marketers Enterprise accounts. Professional, Business and Enterprise accounts can purchase Wrike Proof as an add-on.

Weโ€™re happy to announce a new feature in Labs which many of you have requested here on Community many times - thank you for the feedback!

Wrike Proof Comment Export

When you enable this feature on the Labs page, you can export and convert all your proofing and markup comments into a PDF file with native sticky notes.

You can perform this function by selecting it in the file viewer menu. This menu can be found in the top right-hand corner of your Wrike screen when viewing an image or document in Wrike.

Hereโ€™s the benefits:

  • Download images or documents in Wrike as a PDF
  • Comments and highlighted text in Wrike Proof is preserved during PDF export

This is an experimental release so please note some current limitations:

  • Weโ€™re not able to export comments from MediaValet attachments
  • We cannot export comments from password-protected documents
  • Weโ€™re facing some issues with the layout of non-latin symbols in Chrome
  • We recommend to view the exported PDF files in Adobe Acrobat. You may encounter unforeseen issues using other PDF readers.

We expect to have the majority of the above enhancements ready in time for the full release.

Please find more details on the feature on our Help Center.

As always with Labs features, we want to hear what you like and what youโ€™d like to see improved.

Please provide feedback at the Labs feedback form. Weโ€™ll also keep track of your feedback here on the Community, please comment below.

Happy proofing! ๐Ÿ™Œ

Hello, this is a useful feature. Can you pull all comments from multiple versions to one pdf file?

Hello, that is a big progress - to be able print a pdf with markings.

but I wish you can create a similar feature for Printing with comments as it is done in InMotion, -in the approval process, there is print button option - which generates an approval report,  that includes time and date stamp and details, including the markups and names of the reviewers. this report is generated into a pdf, appropriate for printing or saving.

that would help a lot.

thanks.Liz

Hey guys, thank you for your feedback and kind words ๐Ÿ˜‡

@Cathryn, you can export one file at a time from the attachment section.

@Liz, great feedback, I'll make sure to pass it on to the Product team!

@lisa I'm having the same issues Scott mentioned above. The "Wrike Proof Comment Export" link is blank and the pdf export feature isn't listed on the lab's page. Really looking forward to using this feature. Is there a way for me to start using it right away?

Hey @Scott and @John, thank you for reaching out ๐Ÿ™‚

I've updated the post: the feature is now publicly available as a part of Wrike Proof. Wrike Proof is available on Wrike for Marketers and Wrike for Marketers Enterprise accounts. Professional, Business and Enterprise accounts can purchase Wrike Proof as an add-on.

As for the link, I tested it and it works fine - it takes me to the Labs page. Please try to clear cache to be able to access the page.

Please let me know if you have any questions ๐Ÿ™Œ
