How do I cancel my Trial subscription

I am down to 1 day on my trial period and do not want to subscribe at this point. (Our Management team has not made a decision yet)

How do I cancel my trail so that it doesn't switch to a paid plan? Do I delete the account?

Hi.

I was trying to sign up for a free account, but got the free trial instead. How can I change this? There's no team to collaborate with right now, but hopefully, there will be. The paid accounts are a bit more than I can handle right now.

Hi Mark Collins, welcome to the Community! Here is how you can change your account from a trial version to a free version.

  1.  Go into the Account Management menu in Wrike.
  2. Select Subscription and select the "Purchase Subscription" button.
  3. When asked about your team size, choose a team of 5.
  4. When you've done that, the option to downgrade to a Free Plan will appear in the top right corner of the screen.

Once these instructions are followed, your account will be free then. Hope this helped!
