Chrome browser memory usage very high lately with Wrike (on Windows 10)

Anyone else been experiencing memory issues while Wrike is open in a Chrome tab.  Using 2.5 GB of RAM on average.  Only the Wrike tab in Chrome consumes this much memory.

Didn't have this issue until recently, forgot to mention.  Computer restarts don't help for long, Chrome is running latest version.

Still an issue, occurred today for example.  Wrike has gone to a crawl but nothing else slow that I am working in on computer or other web browser tabs they are ok.

Google Chrome is open with 5 other tabs open.  I see in Windows 10 task manager one chrome.exe consuming 2.5G of Memory (private working set) and when End Tasking on that item (leaving the other chrome.exe which have 120K, 190K, 230K and 240K) the only tab that says Awww Snap is the Wrike one.  Now that I End Task'd and have gone back into Wrike it is fast again.

I was thinking that this was just me. For the last week or so I can't seem to work in Wrike and all of our projects and conversations are in here. This is a major issue for me. 

Is there a fix in progress or something that I need to do in a Chrome setting.

I've also been experiencing the same issues with Wrike on Chrome... Wrike will get stuck in the "Loading" phase when I open a new folder, and it will display a banner on the top that says "We can't reach Wrike's servers at the moment. We'll keep trying or you can try now." and then a "Reconnect" button next to this message.

This is an issue for us to and we are on Windows 7 so it is not just Windows 10 (we are in the process of converting to 10).

The memory consumption is way to high and creating issues for the performance of PC's.

What ended up happening with this? I'm finding the same problem with Wrike becoming a memory hog the longer it's open. Windows 10/Chrome

Any fixes on this issue? i get the same thing "cant reach Wrike's servers" even with previous upgrades Wrike does not work in Chrome any more for me.

This just continues to become more of an issue.  If the resource requirements are going to continue to grow, we will have to reassess this tool for use in the environment.  It is using more than Outlook routinely (which is a hog in itself)!

I know support told me that they will deal with this down the road and that the caching and high memory allocation is to improve performance, but if the computers cannot perform, that is all for not.

I am facing same issue every day. It showing reconnecting all over the time. Even i tried to use Wrike through desktop app but it having updating the messages.

I have had memory problems and slow Wrike on iMac 27 with Chrome for months now (always upgrade to latest asap). Very frustrating. I have had to switch to Safari to continue working, which is a bit better, but the Wrike memory footprint continues to grow there too, so it just takes longer before the machine is on its knees. I am forced to explore other apps, as it is not acceptable position to be in. Wrike is snappy, but if it eventually uses up all resources, then it it not worth the initial speedup.

Hello, everybody,

is there any news on the subject?

We still have the problem with the memory usage of Wrike which has a massive effect on the system performance of the Windows10 computers/ tablets (including CAD computers).

This goes so far that users have to close Wrike to be able to use other applications without problems.
