    Yes, please change the Snapshot time format to that used in the profile settings.

    Hey Lisa, as per my comments on a similar post, I am having the same issue. Details are: I have my settings to dd/mm/yyyy, but the baseline/snapshot link still defaults to US data format (see image). We are sharing these reports external and getting a lot of push back because of the date format. The only solution we have is to take manual screenshots to create pdfs of the Wrike programme so we can get the correct date format...which is definitely not ideal! Are you able to provide any guidance?

    Has the issue with American date format in snapshots been resolved?ย  I experienced this issue today also.ย  I am based in Europe and prefer to use the dd/mm/yyyy format

    Has there been any update on this issue? I'm having the same trouble with the Report Snapshots and I haven't received any information in a while. I have customers complaining about the confusing dates, so I'd like to get this sorted ASAP.ย
