Running Status Report based on Time

Can you run a report based on how long a task has been on a particular status? For instance, I would like to track how many days or hours a task has been In Review.

Hi Tavia, welcome to Wrike Community 🙂
I think our Workflow Reports that you can enable from Wrike Labs is exactly what you are looking for. With them, you can see the average amount of time during which your Tasks had a particular status. Please let me know if that's it 👍

Hi Lisa -

I see several threads about the same ask...being able to track the time spent in each status. Unfortunately, I don't want an emailed report sent to me that is limited within a timeframe (one quarter seems like the most you can pull). I think I speak for most users when I say that we would like a function in a custom analytics board that allows for the calculation to take place. We have many cross-functional workflows within our instance and we would like to know where the bottlenecks are in the process - it's impossible to set KPIs for our teams without having the historical data as a baseline; and we don't want to resort to time-tracking, which is an administrative burden.
