Wrike as a Ticketing System

    I think this would be great. One of our uses is for ticketing but it would be nice to be send back notifications on status or other instances.

    This would be extremely valuable to us. We are evaluating Wrike vs competition. Our IT teamย needs a system that can email externalย non-users when a task sees a comment or status update. Our marketing team would use it to keep staff informed onย the status of projects they submitted via web form. The only thing these external users would need to do is reply via email and have it appended to the task/ticket.

    We have recently expanded Wrike to be a pseudo-ticketing system - and we have the same need, well really two needs,ย  1) how to show the work queue to non-users so they know where they are "in line"ย  2) email either status changes, comments or job complete. I'm fully aware this wasn't Wrike's original mission - but its so close to being there.ย
