Just to follow up on this with you.
Have you checked out the new Wrike Resource for your resource managers benefits, it's a one-stop Wrike tool for resource visibility 👍
I would like to see effort allocation in task detail too.
Wrike Resource is helpful but I want all users to see how many total hours they can spend on a task. It would help if that information could be highly visible in the task details.
Our freelancers and most of the internal teams are not looking at the Workload. The Workload is too much information for people who don't have a resource allocation role.
I want our creatives to see this number easily, right in their task detail or how a custom field would display.
Agreed! Basic task estimation, which I think "effort allocation" is basically the closest equivalent in Wrike, is expected by most users. You should be able to see this straight in the task description without the need for further clicks.
So big +1 on this!
This feature must be a standard feature for estimating the real effort when it comes to project management.
Do we have to purchase the Resource Management module to get this Task effort estimation feature?
Kim Hoang Hi, sorry for the late reply. You're right, Task Effort is a part of the Wrike for Professional Services package and Wrike Resource add-on. Please let me know if you have any questions about it, I'll be happy to discuss!

This would definitely be useful, especially for allocating effort in the iOS app as well
Welcome to the Community, Andre Herrero!
Thank you for sharing your feedback here. No updates here at the moment; if anything changes, I'll be sure to let you know.
I know this is an old thread, but if there are more current ones that someone can point me to, that would be appreciated. I am trying to drive my gantt schudule with shared resources and allocation percentages. I know how to do this in MSProject, but cannot easily navigate if it can be done in Wrike. Any help? Thank you in advance.
