Visual cue of different states through time of the task in the Gantt chart.

Hi team, 

I would love to be able to see the different states of a task through time in the Gantt Chart.

For example, being able to see (without having to expand the task) all the (customised by color code) states of any given task.  Task = [in progress---------blocked---------In progress].
