Problem with attached word docs

Hi,

I have issues with attaching word documents in Wrike. It seems there is a session time out or similar. If I work on an attached document for a while (not sure how long) and then save it, in some cases Wrike will not accept the new version due to time out of session and the file is rather saved to the desktop. This can most definitely lead to confusion as of which doc is the most recent and up-to-date. Is anyone here familiar with the workings and idea behind this, kind of, feature? How long can a "session" be?

I have also had this happen, usually when I have the file checked out for many hours. I do not know the length to which the system no longer recognizes the lock of the document. Usually, I can see when the last time someone edited the document. If it is before I started to edit then I just simply add a new version. If not.....Well, then that is a different issue that I have no easy fix other than opening both and inputting your changes (copy and paste usually) to the newest document saved on Wrike.
