Hi,
I have Administrator rights but do not have the ability to tag any tasks or move them to other folders. What is the reason for this

Folllowing List for Post: Cannot Tag / Move Tasks
[this list is visible for admins and agents only]
I maybe out to lunch but I think that it has to do with owner rights of the task and parent folder. Even though you have admin rights to the account it does not mean you have access to everything within the Wrike Software. Users can create folders and choose to not share them with anyone. Even though you have admin rights you will not see these folders. Your case maybe like that, where some other user created the folder that the task sits in and has limited the permission levels of the other users to what they can and cannot add.
I am sure if you create a ticket with Support Desk they can help resolve the situation for sure, but that is my guess. Anyone can correct me if I am wrong.

I don't think it is an owner's right problem as I am the owner and cannot change the tag. There must be someting else.
Hi Jose Mota Velasco, would you like me to ask someone from our Support team to reach out to you about this? Let me know 🙂

I am having the same issue. SOme users in our account can add tags and others cannot, yet they are set up the same.
Having the same issue. I created the folder and the tasks. Somehow, the task got tagged in another folder, which I also created, and now I cannot remove it.
Hi Sandie Hancock, thanks for getting in touch about this. I've created a Support ticket for you now and the team will be in touch shortly.
