Hi Daniel, Calendar views are based on Tasks or Projects that have been scheduled so each event in the Calendar would be based on an item in Wrike.

As a workaround to just have a Calendar, with 'non-action' tasks; you could create a separate Folder for this purpose, say, "Calendar Folder", where you do create tasks, but it's not an actual part of your Folder structure, but will show up in your new Calendar for this purpose. Not the greatest workaround admittedly, but it might help.

Getting a little more information on what you're looking to achieve, and I'll be happy to discuss further 🙌

It would be great to hear what approach you take for this in the end Daniel.

Your question actually answered something I wanted to do too (and didn't know it until I saw your post) and I used the workaround above -  it's working pretty well for me so far 👍

Hi Daniel - we use calendars as well to list major holidays or events. So we created a folder as Stephen mentioned above that is for Holidays/Events and we create a "task" for these. Then we added a custom workflow for a completed task that is called "Not a Task" so that they will not clutter our open tasks. Hope this helps!

Genius Jennifer- the Custom Workflow idea is great 👌 I'm going to do that too right now. Thank you!
