Reassigning Work While on Vacation/Not Avaialble
When someone is inputting Vacation or time they are not available in their "Work Schedule", there needs to be a feature that prompts that person to either reassign their tasks to a different date, OR assign it to someone else on their team if the due date for the task falls within their vacation/time off duration.
Automatically reassigning the tasks for after the vacation doesn't seem like a realistic expectation of proper workflows...

Agreed - I was looking for this feature today. I think a choice would be best. Some projects/tasks can wait until the person is back from vacation, but others should be reassigned.
Details on our use: We also would like something to handle incoming work when a person is on vacation. We have a request form that assigns a department manager to approve the request. If a request comes in, but the manager is on vacation, no one will see the request until they come back and review it. I'd like to have the manager name a 2nd in command while their away. This 2nd could review any new tasks that come in while the manager is out.
