See the whole account structure for the owner

Hi,

 

I've been promoted as Account Owner, but I noticed that my colleagues needs to share with me their folder in order for me to see the whole structure. This is not ideal because I'm sure some of them will forget to share them with me.

 

Could it be possible to make sure that every folder is automatically shared with the owner of the account?

Hi Amandine,

I am both Admin and Operational on Wrike for our account. and i would love your request, but i personally must need to have the option.

  1. When i connect for working on my operation, i do not want a full access to all folder all tasks, as this does not help me to focus on my job
  2. but when i connect as admin to help people organizing their stuff, would help me as well to be able to connect in "Admin Mode - Full View" as you suggest

But from my point of view, I must have the choice : i would hate have permanently a full view when i am just in my operational mode.
