Logging in as other users
I am an admin in our system. I tried to log in as one of my collaborators who is having trouble find things. I discovered that when I follow the instructions (on https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004551205-Log-In-as-Another-User) I don't have the Log in as User option...M.

Hi Monta, this feature is for Enterprise accounts (you can see the available subscription types for each feature at the top of our Knowledge Base articles).
If there are a selection of Folders/Projects that all Collaborators should have access to you can create a User Group for Collaborators and add each new member to the group. This way you'll know what's shared with all Collaborators. If you need to share a separate Folder/Project with individual Collaborators, you can do this by sharing the Project/Folder/Task with that one person, not the User Group.
