Time tracking

 Hi all,

At our company, Wrike users are required to log their time for tasks they did. However, just like everywhere else, they tend to forget. Is there a way to send a reminder or a notification once a week to users so they could log the time they missed?

Have you looked at using recurring tasks?

You can try using Clockify with Wrike. Clockify has time tracking reminders (eg. remind personA to track time if they've tracked less than 7h per day).

You can learn more about Wrike time tracking integration here and more about reminders here. Hope that helps :)

Two great suggestions! 👌

To elaborate on what Ryan is suggesting; create a recurring task for people, generated once a week basically called 'Check Task Tracking'. Don't create any up front so it will generate an inbox notification so they can't miss it.

Cool integration with Clockify too if you want to use a third party app to do this 👍

Great suggestions! I’ll try both approaches and see which works better.

Thanks a million!

Don't forget to come back and let us know how you got on Kenan. It's super helpful for anyone else who finds this thread in the future, thank you! 🙂
