Is a user opens a file in wrike, is that file locked in the cloud storage app as well? Could someone else go into google drive and work on the same file at the same time?

Hi Brian, when you attach a document/link from a storage platform like Google Drive then you can view the file in Wrike but you cannot edit in Wrike. Instead, you are brought to the storage providers platform to make edits to the document.
If you're editing files within Wrike, then you need to upload the file there. Here's a list of compatible file types for Proofing within Wrike.
