Work Load - Splitting up the day

I'm looking for a workload forecasting tool.

The current work load tool does not allow for partial days worked.

Lets say I have 2 tasks assigned to a team member. Each task is due in 2 weeks time.

Both tasks are assigned to the team member starting today.

Work load will show that person as 16 hours loaded for the day.

I would like to assign an effort to each project so that task 1 gets 6 hours a day and task 2 gets 2 hours a day for a total of 8 hours loaded.

This would tell me that I cannot add any new tasks to that member as they are fully loaded.

Thoughts?

We are interested in a solution for this issue as well.

But I'm not sure if colleagues of an other department are already using a similar function.

(defining/splitting a workday percentually or similar in the tabellar-view.)

I can remember to the introduction meeting with Wrike 1 year ago when this feature was presented.

We took an update from professional to business.

best regards

Dear Team,

Truely, we need this provision of workload and hours for the team.

We are mis-guided that the team is busy but actual, they have nothing to do....

Hey everyone! Could you please let me know if Task Effort is helpful in this case? It shows how much time is needed to complete a task. It can be different from duration which indicates the time period within which an assignee should complete the task. For example, a task can span multiple days but require only several hours of work a day from each of its assignees.

for the single assignee, its workable

but for the project and task with multiple assignees and wherein some assignees are not working full time.

what can you suggest and help us to work with full details of hours, each assignee have performed or completed the given task.

Hey Mirza NASRULLAH Baig, would Custom Allocation Limits in Workload Charts help in this situation? This way you can show the details of users who are not working full time. You can enable this feature through Wrike Labs.

Hope this helps! If you have any questions, let me know 😊
