Hi there, I am a project manager for the marketing department at a software company in Santa Barbara. We use Wrike for nearly all of our work ranging from campaigns, to go-to-markets, tradeshow events, our own events, brand, and media (video). We love the dashboards and reports. We rank all our projects to prioritize all the production work for respective teams. Much of the work is cyclical so we use blueprints heavily. Wrike has been a great too for us!

Lisa I am part of the project management in the communications team where I work 

Hi! I am a Project Manager at Lectrix, a full-service marketing agency for the electronics industry (b2b for manufacturers, distributors, and reps). I handle a handful of our clients' marketing plans, making sure all teams involved (including the clients) stay on track with projects. We implemented Wrike within the last year or so, and it has become my favorite platform out of all those we've utilized before. I'm constantly learning and absorbing, and look forward to the constant updates - figuring out how I can possibly implement new techniques into our workflow.

About me - I live in SE Pennsylvania, have 3 cats, and love to head out into the woods as often as I can (which is not as often as I'd like) to forage mushrooms and de-stress. I also find peace in my garden and by a small pond I added this past summer (did all the work myself!).

I can't wait to learn from everyone in this community!

I have been using Wrike for just around a year and a half. When we got Wrike I became my small company's only project manager, in addition to my normal job, and it has been an absolute blast figuring everything out and making it work for us!

Hi, Wrike Community! I work with a variety of different organizations and help their teams with their internal processes, stemming from their project management system into the rest of their tools. Wrike is by far my favorite PM tool to work with! 

Hello! I am leading the Wrike use at my organization.  I have been slowly moving this into more fields in education.  I love the reporting and the time and effort work on this tool.  It has become a place for us to use to support our understanding of the work and what is going on.  As we moved to more of a telework model, it has become a way to keep track of the work and what people are spending their time on.  I appreciate the use and the ease we have created.

I work at a professional services firm and we use Wrike to plan events, marketing and email campaigns.

I'd like to see more filtering features in calendar tool. It would be very useful if a user could apply filters to a layer and see only the information they need. It would be ideal if this changes would apply only to the user's personal view, so that the changes don't affect other users' work with the tool.

Hi there!
I've been using (and loving) Wrike for 5 years now. At my previous employer, I was on the team that launched Wrike for our marketing department and at my current employer, I am on the marketing operations team optimizing the Wrike structure and processes that already existed before I came on board. It has been an exciting, fulfilling journey and I couldn't imagine using a different platform to manage our work.

Hi! My name is Emily and I am an Analytics and Reporting Specialist for my company's Employee Research group. I also help design and manage my team's Wrike space and monitor the inflow and distribution of work through request forms. In my free time, I enjoy trail running, going to ballet class, and rock climbing. I've picked all of these hobbies up in the last three years, just like Wrike! We've been using Wrike as our workflow management platform for 2-3 years now, and I love how dynamic the updates and constant customer service has been. While it's been a consistently amazing product, it's never left me feeling stagnant or shoehorned when it comes to making our work more efficient.

Hi I'm Phil, I work in the UK for a small company dedicated to helping businesses save on energy costs.

I've been using Wrike now for over 8 years, but most recently using it extensively to create an information security management system (based on ISO 27001).

We've also been using Wrike for other areas of our business, including product management, idealisation, program and project management, business strategy, etc.

I'd love to share what we've done with others, especially if there are any security minded people out there! And I'd love to here what others have done, especially those that have stretched the boundaries of what Wrike is currently capable of.

Hello, my name is Kaedan, and I work with Superior Industries based out of Morris, MN. 

Recently I was given a task from my supervisor to find a project management software that would be a good fit for our Technical Publishing team. After talking with our marketing team who uses Monday.com, we decided that Wrike offered more options, and better fit our style of work. We work a lot in Adobe CC programs such as FrameMaker, Photoshop, and Illustrator. With the integration between CC and Wrike, we are able to export a lot more efficiently directly into a review than before. (I do wish that FrameMaker was supported as it is out main software).

The reviews also stood out to us as we were able to keep comments with revisions, and revisions with projects. Before we would use a Kami where links are getting lost as we have review teams as big as 15-20 people sometimes. Being able to keep everyone in one space has already been so helpful and I have only been using Wrike for about a month. 

A couple questions:

 - Would it be better if I train my team off of a slideshow I create to fit our teams needs, or is there a training platform out there for a project management set up that I could use to train over google meet? I have two training sessions scheduled next month. 

 - Would someone know if there is development for sending out a single link for all guest reviews in the future? I feel it would be easier to add a single link to a google doc with out notes for outside users, rather than typing in 15-20 emails and names for every project we do.

Have you looked at the License Based Video Tutorials to see if they would fit your training needs? Our organization created a project blueprint that focuses on the specific trainings that fit our use of Wrike, but I have recently started sharing these with our users too. 

Hello! I'm a business process analyst, a recovering project manager, and the lead Wrike admin now for our 120+ person organization. We started exploring Wrike nearly a year ago and have now reached the "let's settle in" stage after onboarding all our varied teams onto the tool. During this settling-in period, I'm researching the next steps of our journey: risk management, capacity and resource reporting, and of course analytics.

Hello everyone! I have just got Wrike running for all the designers in my department: we love the visuals, the easy to read task boards, that you can customise the user interface to make it super easy to use (and it's pink!!), and how easy the status columns are to use, and that you get confetti when a job's complete! Sometimes I even work late to play Wrikey Dog!!

Kaedan Fischer: Regarding your second question, that is currently not possible. As of now, Wrike's guest review feature is designed to send individual email invitations for security reasons. Each invitation is unique and tied to a specific review session, which helps prevent unauthorized access and confusion that could arise from shared links. Here's a similar suggestion on our product feedback forum. Please feel free to share your use case or thoughts there. Thank you!
