Effort Allocation Color Coding
Currently, Wrike only color codes effort allocation greater than 8 hours. However, color coding allocations less than 8 hours (possibly 0-4 no color; 4-8 green) would help distinguish at a glance that someone has some work on their plate, but workload is not full yet.
I agree, we have our own method of work distribution and we use green for 0-4h, yellow for 4-6 and red for 8+. It would be great if this is customizable
would be great to lock the ability to add more than 8h of effort or whatever is the standard agreed time for team members. would help to plan hours for different stakeholders without checking the workload.
Hi @..., thank you for the warm welcome. I am aware of capacity planning tools, but one thing that is missing is being able to lock the hours when full 8h are planned. In teams, where there are several project managers, effort exceeds 8h quickly and hours are being added on top. It would be great, if at. 8h mark effort is locked, and Wrike wouldn't allow to alocate more effort time that day.
