Ability to add fields to subject line of form submission email
Please consider adding the ability to include fields from a form in the submission notification email. Being able to modify that subject line is important, otherwise every email has the exact same subject line and there is no differentiation.

I can see why this would be important when organizing your inbox or easily recognize which request is which. Our Product Team is aware of some customization that has been suggested in this post.
