Getting Dashboard

How do you install Dashboard to be at the top of your Wrike profile if not already there?

Hi Margo, it looks like you're on a Business account so you should definitely be seeing the Dashboard options. Sometimes not all of the tabs can fit across the top of the Workspace and so some are hidden behind a three dot icon. If you click the icon you should see the Dashboard option appear in a dropdown. Let me know if that doesn't work though and we can check things out.

Hi Stephanie, I have the Dashboard option but a sales rep on my team does not. Do you know how I give them access to a Dashboard or how they can set it up on their Wrike?

@Margo ahh that helps! It sounds like they have a Collaborator license, it's a free license type and they're not able to see Dashboards. You can always change their license type to make them an External or Regular User. If you want to keep them as a Collaborator though, one option might be to create a Report for them (with the same type of information they would want to see on a Dashboard) and then share it with them. Just in case: Collaborators can see Reports shared with them but can't create Reports on their own.
