Would it be possible to create a functionality where we could import Calendar meetings from Outlook into Wrike?

Jay Bradford I know such topics. Typical these are things like management tasks (so some kind of burocracy) or special jobs people have like saftey inspector which can not be planned well. We make for such things a general task with x hours per day and people also book there times to this tasks. So you have also always a clear view to overhead people have. We adjust the daily effort on a yearly or quarterly base on the numbers we have from the time period before. That works very well as prediction for overhead.
Example for such task for a manager: tasks goes from 1.1.24 to 31.12.24 with daily allocation of effort
- Meeting with coworkers for leadership (4h per week = 0.8h/d)
- Organisation of team tasks (10h/week = 2h/d)
and so on
