Using Request Forms in Knowledge Base

I'm creating a Knowledge Base for my team and wanted to include request forms as a way that staff can submit requests for different trainings/resources/questions to be added. 

Are there any template request forms like that that I could refer to?

Jessa Mae Schnacke-Ayunon It doesn't have a request form included, but there is a template for a company knowledge base already built out in the Community section of the Templates & Solutions Center. (The one that comes up when you go to build a new space.)

Hi Jessa Mae Schnacke-Ayunon as an example we have a request form for Wrike support which includes the following options for support;

  • add or update a user
  • Building custom calendars, dashboards or reports
  • General assistance
  • Request form creation (this then links out to another page asking all the information required for the request form)
  • Technical support (something's broken)
  • Training 
  • Other
