I love how this brings structure to meetings without needing extra tools. The ability to assign presenters and track follow-ups directly in Wrike could really improve accountability across teams. Would be great to add time-blocking for agenda items too!

Question: You mentioned (and demoed) that you can create a calendar entry with just one click. Is this type of feature live across the platform? I tested it now (as well as double-clicking into a date, right-clicking a date, etc.) with no success.

 

Feedback: There was a really good Product Feedback post that I saw and upvoted the other day and I think it would be so helpful in use cases like this. It was about being able to cross-tag dashboards to multiple spaces, just as we can do with items like tasks/folders/projects. I love this whole template and setup, but things get really cluttered when we have to make multiple duplicates of things like tools. If we could cross-tag, it would be less things for managers to inherit (and therefore need to cleanup) if ever a team member leaves. In this case, it would be cool to cross-tag these dashboards to other people's Personal spaces so that they can remain confidential.

I really appreciate how this helps organize meetings without relying on additional tools. Being able to designate presenters and monitor follow-up actions right within Wrike could significantly enhance team accountability. Adding the option to allocate specific time slots for each agenda item would be a great improvement too!

I love the dashboard layout examples from the video, really helpful to see actual examples. The ability to create folders/tasks from blueprints and make them recurring makes tracking 1:1s so much easier.

I really like the dashboards created for tracking meetings. I already implemented some CITs, agendas, and automatic emailing of recaps for our team meetings. I would benefit from being able to do 1-on-1's as well!

This looks great.  I like the layout of the manager dashboard.  Great to have 1:1s tracked in Wrike confidentially as we've found that often these conversations and action points aren't tracked.  Separate to this but related to meetings - at the moment my team are loving the ability to create subtasks from action items listed within the description of the meeting task.

Nice idea but does not work as Wrike is too expensive for the whole company. So only project managers and team members of technical projects use it. So no solution for the company and we stay with a meeting minute database which fits to meetings very well.

Hello Daisy Hibbard, managers would benefit from a single 1:1 dashboard. They can use parameters like assignee to filter out the other team members. Each direct report will have their own 1:1 dashboard, keeping things private.

Hello Anna Giacobbe , thank you for your feedback and question. In the calendar view, Wrike automatically assigns start and end dates based on where the task is first placed, as shown in the demo. I understand your concern about duplicates becoming cluttered. In this case, though, managers only need to share the “My Follow-Up” dashboard once. Each team member can then duplicate it into their personal space, giving them flexibility to adjust location parameters without affecting the main version. If the dashboard is shared across multiple spaces, the parameter settings remain linked, meaning any change will apply everywhere it’s shared.
