How to share best practices with the team?

I'd love to have a way to share documentation on best practices for managing projects via Wrike. We currently have this information in some shared documents on the company network, but I think it would be very convenient to be able to integrate it into Wrike, like a kind of FAQ.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to achieve this?

I would appreciate any suggestions

Hi Sofia Felici, we currently house our entire knowledge base in a Wrike space. This works well for us to house FAQs, equipment documentation, and SOPs, with the added benefits of being accessible to everyone and we can query it using Wrike Copilot. We are able to easily manage who has read-only access and who can edit. In our structure, it makes sense to have the KB divided up by work department with each supervisor and lead given editing access and a mandate to keep their section up to date.

Within each section, we have a main article (task) which is used as an index, so all other articles (subtasks) are linked in its description. We use statuses to indicate if articles are up to date and a change to an "obsolete" status removes an article from the main KB so that it is not included in any Copilot queries.

Hope this helps!

Hi Ali Moses, that's a great suggestion, thank you very much.
I'd be curious to understand how wrike Copilot can be used and whether it can be used by all users. If you don't mind, could you share some examples?

Wow Ali Moses your set up looks great!! We also have a knowledge base folder set up in our space which includes folders for training resources, best practice, Wrike tools and features and Wrike hints and tips.  I also have a FAQs section.  Like Ali each process/tip is saved as a task.  When new people are onboarded we link to the knowledge base with their Welcome to Wrike email.  We also have a teams chat with our Wrike power users where I link to relevant Knowledge base sections and share any new processes or features etc.

Sofia Felici Sorry for the late response, I've been out of town. Since we have so many articles spread across different departments' KBs, we find Copilot to be helpful in locating information without having to dig for it. So, instead of navigating the Art Department KB, reading through the index, and choosing the Embossing article which I would then need to read through for information, I can just select the KB space, click on copilot and ask it how far embossing needs to be from the board edge to conform with production rules. This saves us a lot of time.
