Retrieve comments with status updates

Hello,

In many folders comments are automatically posted when a user changes the status of the folder. Using the folders/folderId/folders endpoint I can see a "customStatusId" field for the folder which allows me to get the name of the status via the workflows endpoint. I would however also need the user who instigated, and also ideally time of, the change.

When I query the folders/folderId/comments endpoint I can see the comments left by the automation bot which show that the status has changed but not the comments where it shows the user that changed the status and what they changed it to.

Steve Hyde when you mention about the comments left by the automation bot, do you mean that the scenario is that user did some action and triggered automation rule and that changed the folder status?

choongseng Thanks for the reply. The action is that the user changed the status of the folder and that caused the automation bot to post a comment.
