After submitting a form, the "Thank you" screen should display the Wrike ID of the created request

Is that feasible? That way, one doesn't have to go looking through their emails to find the ID.

Thanks.

Hey Sergey!

When I submit in Wrike I get the attached screen that has a link to the request. The ID is behind the black bar.
But I know this isn't consistent behavior because I have other team members that it does not show up for and we can't figure out why, so thanks for this question!

Hi Rohan V,

Please raise a ticket for us. I'd like you to include Steve's screenshot though - perhaps his environment would be better to troubleshoot, since they are experiencing this intermittently (or not the same for everyone). I haven't tested enough to see if it's intermittent for us.

Thanks.

Hey Sergey Lyakh! Did you get an answer on this issue? I'm curious since some of our users experience inconsistent behaviour and I'm wondering if it's a setting in the user's profile.

Hey Steve Mruskovic, sharing our support team’s reply below:

When the form is submitted from within your Wrike account, it automatically includes the Wrike ID. However, if the form is submitted via an external link, the Wrike ID will be sent to email instead.

If you’d like the Wrike ID to be visible on the screen, you’ll need to submit the form internally, while logged into your Wrike account and submitting from the workspace.

I hope this is helpful. If you’d like further information, please feel free to contact our Support Team.

Thank you, Rohan V
Sorry Steve Mruskovic, I forgot to follow up here. Yes, that is the response I got from the ticket. Although it would be convenient to always show that ID, it's not a must for us. But I'll support (vote) if it's important for your use cases.
