Single Program Entry Form
We have currently we have multiple forms for each tactic and asset that we produce. We are looking to transition to a single form. Ideally we would like to submit multiple subproject types at a time and have some of them share the same custom fields based on one submission. We currently have 50+ forms to manage, each form has similar questions that are needed but also have questions only related to that project type. Our single form would be 50+ pages.
Is there anyone currently do this? Is it more manageable any feedback from teams on single vs. multiple forms?
Hi Soraya Noel! Yes, we do this. We currently have a few "master forms" (in our case, separated by department, so that they only have options that would apply to them.) The forms operate on a sort of choose your own adventure basis where basic info is added at the beginning and then more specific info is added based on routing determined by answers to form questions. Some of these forms are very long like you are describing. We have been managing our intake this way for some years and it works well for us.
Soraya Noel - We're the same as Ali. We break up our forms a little bit to make it easier to manage. Generally the forms are separated by who needs access.
I have 1 form that branches for our entire production team - this makes it easy as it's 1 link for them to submit a bunch of different requests.
Then I also have a few discrete forms as there's a much smaller team that uses them.
Thank you for your responses! Do any of you use integrate to name the projects or subprojects from the form?
