Wrike + Klaxoon Updates: Edit Wrike Items via Klaxoon Board and Select items to import from Wrike to Klaxoon Board ๐ฏ
FeaturedHello Community! ๐โโ๏ธ
Weโre excited to share a few announcements that enhance the capabilities of both Wrike and Klaxoonโmaking your experience smoother than ever! โก๏ธ
- Edit Wrike Items via Klaxoon Board (Available for Free & PRO Klaxoon users)
You can now access and edit Wrike items directly from the Klaxoon Board (provided you have the necessary permissions). This update streamlines your workflow by allowing you to update Wrike items without switching between tabs.
How does it work?
-
To edit an item on the board, simply double-click on the idea or click the โOpen the element in Boardโ icon located in the upper right corner of the idea.
-
If you are not already logged in to Wrike, a dialog box will appear prompting you to log in to your Wrike account to view the item.
-
Once logged in, you will be able to view the Wrike item (in Item view) within the Klaxoon board.
- From here, you can directly:
- Edit system fields such as Status, Assignee, Date, etc.
- Edit or update the description of the work item.
- Add or remove subitems, attach files, and add Whiteboard links (Klaxoon boards).
- Add approvals to your work item.
- Update dependencies.
-
Add comments and mention assignees in your comments.
5.ย When you update fields in the Item view on your Klaxoon board, those changes are instantly synchronized with Wrike in real time. Any edits or updates made in Klaxoonโsuch as task statuses, descriptions, deadlines, or assigned team membersโare automatically reflected in Wrike!

- Select items to import from Wrike to Klaxoon Board (Available for PRO Klaxoon users)
Now you can select items before importing them into your Klaxoon Board. This improvement simplifies the import experience by allowing you to preview and choose only the items you need, helping you avoid importing unnecessary items that could clutter your board and require manual deletion.
Whatโs new?
The Wrike import modal now displays a list of items that you can select individually or all at once.
How does it work?
- Click on โInsertโ and choose โWrikeโ from the Import section.
- Select the desired Space, then choose the Project or Folder you want.
- Highlight the items you wish to import, and click โImportโ.
