Comprehensive Overview of All Workflows and Custom Item Types ๐
We are delighted to announce an update to Workflows and Custom Item Types, focused on enhancing administrative oversight and streamlining account configuration and maintenance.
-Bird-eye configuration view: Access account and public spaces across configurations in a single view, with user-friendly slicing and dicing capabilities provided by Wrike tables. Easily identify duplicates within your configurations to reduce clutter.
-Decreased learning curve: Enjoy a consistent experience across updated configuration elements at both the space and account levels.
-Activity data points: Easily identify who created each item and when, as well as when it was last edited and by whom, to understand the recency of changes and track activity history.

Streamlining Space Blueprint Management with New Permissions๐
We have rolled out a new update to enhance the management of Space-level Blueprints as well!
๐ ๏ธ The Change:
The Space Blueprints list is now read-only for non-space admin users and can only be edited by space admins.This is one of several platform simplification enhancements weโll be delivering this year. To know more, check out our detailed Help Center Article.
- Space Archival: Proactive Prompts โ๏ธ
Keep your Wrike environment organized with proactive prompts that notify admins when a space has had no recent activity, making it easy to archive unused spaces. This update simplifies navigation for teams, so they can focus on the most relevant spaces.
Whatโs New? ๐ค
-Direct Notification to Space Admins: Admins of spaces with no recent activity will receive a direct notification prompting them to review and archive unused spaces.
-In-Space Banner: A visible banner will appear in the inactive space, reminding admins and encouraging timely action.
How does it work?
A space is considered unused if there has been no editing or communication activity for three months or more. Once notified, only one admin needs to archive the unused space; no further action is required from others.

Rohan V Is there a way to give select members of a space permission to add or edit blueprints?
This change is disruptive for how we have set up our spaces, as having an admin step in every time a blueprint needs and adjustment will introduce a lot of friction in our processes. I would like to give certain members edit permissions without promoting them to full admin permissions.
