Bring Back List View
Removing the list view from your product was an absolutely terrible decision. It’s hard to understand how such a widely used and functional feature was taken away without considering the impact on users who rely on it daily. The table view is a poor substitute — it’s clunky, visually unappealing, and lacks the clarity and efficiency that made the list view so useful.
Not only is the table view harder to navigate, but it also slows down workflow significantly. It feels like the change was made without any real-world user testing or feedback. As a long-time user of this product, I’m extremely disappointed and frankly frustrated. This was a core feature that made the platform usable — now, it's a struggle to get through even basic tasks.
Please bring back the list view. This change has severely impacted usability and is a huge step backward.
I agree. I have used the platform for almost three years, and my entire team is upset about the change. It takes so many more "clicks" to complete basic functions. Plus, the visual is very hard to read. With the List view, the project could be evaluated at a glance to know the status of each task. I understand the old List view was on an old version/system. Recreate it on the new system.
yes! I just wrote another post about this! I hope they bring back the list view because the table view is awful to use.
Table view is clunky and hard to read. Please bring back list view. Like user stated above it's easier to see projects at a glance and improves productivity. We only have two teams who use Wrike. The rest of the company is on Monday.com. I've seen Monday and while more basic, everyone who uses it raves about it.
I agree completely. Removing the list view has really impacted our team. We can no longer filter within the Work In Progress folder like we used to. We rely on CIT for both projects and tasks, but now with this new table view, I can only add tasks and not projects. The table layout feels clunky and is difficult for some team members to read. We have been using Wrike for three years, and this change has been a huge step backward. It would have made more sense to keep the list view along with the new table view.
