Visible Fields Based On Task Status
Hello all!
I may be missing something here. But I don't see a way to choose what is visible on the task based on the status of that task.
We have a lot of custom fields that need to be seen at one point or another. But they don't need to be seen by everyone at all times.
It would be much more efficient for the team to only see the fields that they need to see based on what they are doing at that time.
I'd love to hear how you may be dealing with this or just your thoughts in general.

Tiffany Hi! We handle this by assigning custom fields that need to be seen at all times in custom item type, then we handle fields that only need to be seen sometimes with folders. In our opperation, tasks move between different departments pretty frequently, so we have each department set up as a folder. Specific fields are added to each department folder, then we use automation to move the tasks between them based on status changes. I hope that is helpful to you!
