It would be cool to have our own Wrike AI support chatbots where users can ask for help on which request form to use, for example!ย
Have you considered having AI estimate total effort for tasks based on space history?
Hi Anna Giacobbe, Do I understand correctly that you mean that in your company there are several internal Request Forms, and that people could ask Wrike Copilot something like "I want to create an IT Helpdesk ticket because my screen is not working". And then Copilot should be able to search across all request forms and find the right one.ย
Is this what you mean? Am I missing something?ย

Could you share which kind of criteria you believe should be taken into account in your domain for the estimation of the effort? Is it based on the title and description alone? Or any other kind of human input?ย

People often come to ask me over Teams or in person what form to use for X use case. We have documentation on Confluence listing this out, yet they still come to me directly. If they could just ask Copilot for the form, it would save a lot of time and frustration.

Will Wrike AI evolve to provide predictive insights โ for example, anticipating project delays or resource bottlenecks before they happen?
We have been very excited to help test AI agents. Two of the main struggles we've encountered that have stopped us from implementing more of them are:

I want to start using AI directly in Wrike and integrate it in our workflows.
Actually we use a lot of AI tools but not in Wrike
