Time Field
Hi Wrikers๐
I'm here hoping that in the future will be possible to have an time field without the date.๐
Do you have any advice for managing a list of times that need to be sorted by hour, not by date? The date is a piece of data that is not needed in this case and can be misleading.ย
Let me know,ย
Bye
+1 to this! I have several processes that I prompt a user in forms for a time, and it's just a single line text field right now.
Hi Pietro, we've simply created a custom field for the time. When our users fill in a request form asking for a time, the response poopulates both the task title and custom field. We then build colour coding, Dashboards, filters, lists, etc based on that field.

I should mention that we use a dropdown list for the custom time field to limit the time for 15 minutes (e.g. 07:15, 12:30, 14:45, etc)
Don't know if that helps your use case at all. Would be happy to bounce ideas back and forth on this.
I agree with this 100%. We have a question on request forms for what time an email should be distributed and my current work around is a "Time" custom field that has 8a-5p options in half hour increments. Definitely not a perfect solution, but until that is a feature, this is how we have been getting by.
Thank you, we'll try with the dropdown list. I'll let you know! Have a nice day
Thanks for the idea and the tips, folks! ๐ก

Need this for calendars and accurate scheduling!!ย
Time fields are a frequent topic that come up - hopefully the Wrike gods hear us! ๐๐
Yes! We are using a similar work-around as Soraya, but it would be fantastic to be able to have any sort of time-mapping available in calendars.
