Snapshots are blank when I include a Data Hub Custom Field
I am testing a custom field linked to our Client Database to populate client names for tasks so that I can easily group by client in reports.
When I include this "Client" custom field either as a column or a grouping, snapshots of the report become blank. Is that something to do with external permissions to access Database data?
Is there a permissions setting we can change to get around that?
As a workaround, I found that it's possible to create a custom table view and group by client and create a public link for that view. Is that not subject to the same permissions concern?
