Take into account projects>subprojects hierarchy in ressource view/Workload chart

Hi,

In my organization it would usefull to have several subprojects in a "main" project but I cannot implement this so far because in Ressources view, "Project > subproject" link is not "understood" and workload in subprojects are not added/integrated in the "main" Project workload.

I would like to be able to see this hierarchy in Ressources view to have an overview of how teams are loaded on each project.

Currently, sub-projects are treated as independent entities rather than being automatically rolled up into the main project workload, which is also why the Resources view does not inherently support the aggregation of workloads from subprojects into a main project.
