Hello everyone,

The use of Datahub data in forms is currently very limited in our context.

It would be useful to add a multi-criteria filtering capability when configuring the field linked to the Datahub source. This would reduce the risk of errors during selection.

Secondly, it is currently not possible to create a dynamic hierarchy between two Datahub data sources in the form.

Example: COUNTRY, CITY,

Country list: select France, then dynamically (without manual configuration for each item) view the cities in France, then select PARIS...

The idea is to be able to play with the data hierarchy.

Even more interesting and powerful is the combination of these two features.

Another point is feeding the data hub through a registration form.

A person wishing to add an item to a selected data hub would go through a declaration form with/without approval to ultimately be added to the repository/database.

I asked my rep when Datahub first rolled out to be able to add a Datahub entry by filling out a request form. That seemed obvious to me from day one. I'm sad it still hasn't been implemented, so I'll second Sรฉbastien's request. That is not only a useful feature, that's a critical one, in my opinion. I actually got all excited for a minute, because I thought that's what this update was...but alas.

I have a terrible time with the UX in Datahub. Maybe I'm doing it wrong. But when I go to add a new item (in a list of several hundred), when you type in the first field, it automatically sorts it into the list before you can fill any of the other fields out. So then I have to stop, search for the title I just entered, find it in the list, and then finish the entry. It's really quite tedious. A form would fix that, for sure. When I'm doing data entry like that, I need it streamlined; I don't even want to be looking at the entire table. I'm curious if other people are experiencing this issue when trying to add a new item. It drives me absolutely nuts lol.

I'm also still waiting for the ability to be able to export a database. There's an export option for literally every other table in Wrike...except in the Datahub. Which also seems like a critical miss in the UX. I want backups of my database just as much if not more than our task lists, but unless I go type out or copy/paste thousands of fields manually, I'm out of luck? That's nuts. And remarkably inefficient for a database.

I still think Datahub has a lot of potential, and I'm excited new updates are rolling out, but they are taking forever. I am definitely tuned (and on the edge of my seat) for additional UX changes and other updates to Datahub.
