Multi Space Admin Capabilities for Custom Fields, Item Types, and Workflows
In my huge Organization it is not ideal/practical to have to make any field, item type, or workflow we need to be able to use across multiple spaces Account level objects. (We have to hand over ownership of those items to our IS&T team which makes updating them cumbersome, and are not usually allowed to even create account level workflows at this point.)
It would be the hugest help if there was an additional "layer" of admin access for those who admin multiple spaces to share these kinds of objects easily amongst all of those spaces they are responsible for (duplicating them isn't practical as a workaround because they then don't aggregate properly in multi-space level reporting). Basically give me permission as a Space Admin to share a custom field, workflow, or item type I've created in one space I own to other/all Spaces I also admin/own.
Is this something that has been proposed/explored in the past?

Yes I completely agree! We’re using a “hub and spoke” model for large departments in Wrike (so Hub Space is VP-level where work is created and it automatically shows in our Spoke Spaces for Director-level viewing/reporting of work). BUT because these features are limited to one space we have them at Account-level which is NOT ideal for all our other departments in Wrike. As more and more large departments implement Wrike this will be truly necessary to ensure an optimal user experience.

I agree! This is something we need as well. For all the same reasons that Amy articulated. We have multiple spaces where we need to share a custom field, custom item type, and custom workflow but making those account level does not work well in our large and complex organization.
