Make the status follow when you import a file form Excel

I am trying to build a template in Excel that I can import to Wrike when needed. A problem comes up when I import the formated Excel to Wrike. The statues of the tasks don't follow and therefore I don't have the status I want in Wrike. Alongside my Wrike's account development manager we have tried to change the default workflow to the one I wanted, we have tried to organize the columns in the Excel so that they aligned to my Wrike's board and it didn't work. Can anyone help me with this ?

P.S. I have linked pictures of my Excel file and of my Wrike's space to help.

Robin De Maria Have you tried exporting to excel first to get a template? Usually, that's what I do and then just replace the information. When I do that it shows me how to properly enter all data.

Hi Ali, thanks for the response. Yes I have tried this method but other problems came up such as : Not being able to add a description to the tasks and this method is not really suited to what I want to do. Any others ideas ?

Robin, There is a description column, so you should be able to add it via this method. Failing using a downloaded file as a template, you at least need to enter the names of the statuses exactly as they show in Wrike.
